Whether you’re just getting started on your yoga journey and want to learn some foundational elements to the practice, feeling stuck and want to deepen your current physical or energetic practice, or working on healing your body from injury, Private Yoga sessions can help support you in each of these areas.
Taking the time to book a private session can help you with a variety of things: to gain knowledge of the basics of yoga and meditation, to improve your flexibility and agility, to learn modifications to support an injury or recovery and to support your ever-changing pre/post natal body. The first step will be a free 20-min phone consultation to understand what you’re looking to focus on so I can put together a practice specific to your needs.

SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA RATES:
2-20 people (incl. families) for a 60 or 90 minute class at a location of your choice!
