I've always been fascinated by what motivates people.

Whether I was merchandising products, teaching a yoga or fitness class, building a business, or working alongside customers, I found myself asking the same questions: What inspires someone to take action? What creates loyalty? What makes a product, brand, or experience truly meaningful?

My career has taken a path that might seem unconventional at first glance, but for me, it's always been connected by a common thread - understanding people and creating experiences that resonate with them.

I started my career in retail and visual merchandising, where I learned that great products don't simply speak for themselves. The way they're presented, positioned, and brought to life through storytelling shapes how customers connect with a brand. Those early experiences sparked my passion for merchandising and gave me a deep appreciation for the relationship between product and consumer.

As my career evolved, I moved into merchandising and category strategy, partnering with brands and retailers to build assortments, launch new concepts, and create experiences that drove both engagement and growth. I loved the balance of art and science - using data, intuition, and customer insights to make decisions that improved the shopping experience while delivering business results.

At the same time, I spent more than 13 years teaching fitness and yoga, working closely with women through different seasons of life. Those experiences gave me something data alone never could: a firsthand understanding of what women value, what motivates them, and how products, communities, and brands can become meaningful parts of their everyday lives.

That perspective deepened even further when I became the owner of a boutique fitness studio. As an entrepreneur, I wore many hats - leading retail strategy, marketing, financial planning, operations, and team development. More importantly, I learned how to build something people genuinely wanted to be part of: a community rooted in connection, trust and shared purpose.

Today, I bring together merchandising strategy, consumer insight, retail storytelling, and business leadership to help brands create products and experiences that connect with people in meaningful ways.

Because at the end of the day, I'm less interested in what people buy and more interested in why they buy it - and how brands can earn a place in their lives.
