Scaling Merchant Success

At Loop Returns, I partnered with Shopify merchants to improve onboarding, platform adoption, and customer experience.

A key part of my work was helping build and scale the Loop Help Center, creating a centralized self-service resource that empowered merchants to find answers, troubleshoot issues, and adopt new features more effectively. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, develop documentation, and improve the overall support experience, reducing friction for both merchants and internal teams.

The role required translating complex technology into actionable solutions while collaborating across product, engineering, and customer experience teams.
